These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Everyday Design LLC (“Everyday Design,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) about your use of the Health app (“Health”). By creating an account or using Health, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Health. How we handle your information is described in our Health Privacy Policy. Our website and coaching services are covered by our Terms of Service.

You must be at least 13 to use Health. Give us accurate information, keep your password safe, and tell us if someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Health helps you plan meals, log movement and rest, and track body measurements. It does not diagnose, treat, or give medical, dietary or fitness advice. Talk to a qualified professional before you change your diet or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition or an allergy, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating. If you feel unwell, stop and get medical help.
Recipes imported by AI and nutrition numbers estimated by AI may be incomplete or inaccurate, including ingredients and allergens. Check them against the original source and the food label. Do not rely on them where a mistake could harm you, such as with allergies or medical diets.
You can create a household or join one with an invite code. Household members can see the shared lists, recipes and meals, so you are responsible for whom you invite. You can leave a household at any time. Your personal entries stay private to you, as our Privacy Policy describes.
You own what you enter. You give us a limited license to store and process it only to run Health and its features for you. When you import a recipe from a web page, you are responsible for having the right to use it, and you should import recipes for your own personal use. We do not claim ownership of imported recipes and we do not republish them.
Do not break the law, try to reach other people’s data, reverse engineer or copy the app, overload our AI features, or use them on content you have no right to use. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service or other people.
Health, its design and its code belong to Everyday Design and our licensors. You may use Health as these terms allow. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
Health relies on services from Apple, Google, Vercel, Anthropic and RevenueCat. We are not responsible for their services. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for Health. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of Health.
You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as the disclaimers and limits below, will continue.
Health is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that nutrition or other estimates are accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for Health in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continuing to use Health after a change means you accept it.
